BOPET films have traditionally been one of the most widely used performance film substrates in food packaging laminates owing to their inherent versatility & easy-going mechanics. The films provide good clarity, significant heat resistance, excellent printability and exceptional gas barrier properties to the laminate.

Vacmet India has been one of the prominent players in BOPET film manufacturing & occupy a sweet spot in the industry because of its wide product mix, trusted quality and service. The company has four manufacturing lines for BOPET, with three lines of 8.7 meters and one line of 7.5 meters width.
Our BOPET films category is titled as VACOPET and is available from 6 microns to 125 microns and can be slit down to width as narrow as 25mm. Classified as transparent films, metallized films, high barrier films, coated & lacquered films, R-PET films, holographic films and films for glitter powder; the VACOPET range goes for a broad spectrum of applications ranging from packaging & labelling in the Food & Beverage Industry to Textile Yarns, to insulation layer in electrical appliances.

Films products
These are a range of environment-friendly BOPET films that contain up to 70% of post-consumer recycled plastic waste, produced through a chemical and mechanical recycling process, hence named as EcoVac. Vacmet’s “ECOVAC” films are available as uncoated, chemically coated and corona-treated versions. Properties of all products of the “ECOVAC” series are analogous to the products which are made from conventional input material

These are a range of transparent high barrier BOPET films with UV resistance. The films are highly effective in blocking the transmission of UV radiation through them and preventing the packed items from getting deteriorated even when exposed to direct sunlight.

Used for see-through packaging for barrier and UV light-sensitive products like oils, dry fruits, cheese, ham, potato chips, wafers etc.

It is a transparent heat sealable polyester film having ultra-high seal strength (heat seal strength of up to 2 kgs), suitable for monolayer or multilayer packaging. The film can be used as a sealant layer in PET mono family or monolayer packaging structures. The film can be corona-treated on non-heat sealable side.
